Not the message I wanted......
The way Amy handled the situation with me. I called to cancel my membership because I was disappointed in the coverage of the Wellness Program. Claims for our two golden doodle puppies maximized the $650 each during the 4 month membership. Amy reminded me of the disclaimer I agreed to when signing up in April. It was not what I wanted to hear but she was extremely professional and understanding. She offered me an option to reduce the premium while I continue the commitment to fund the Wellness Program through the remaining 8 months.

Don’t fall for it
Don’t fall for it. Unless you insure your oet at birth, be certain that Embrace will comb their history for any and all exclusions. Who knows, maybe they comb the mother’s history too🙄. This is not like the health insurance with which you’re probably familiar. Save your money and just pay the vet bills as they come. You’ll at least save yourself the cost of premiums.

Very efficient and easy. All I had to do was choose the diagnose, pet and price. I love simplicity.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
