Horrible Customer Service
I have been waiting two weeks for them to finish this simple claim that I upload a claim every month for my dogs allergies, and get it back in a week, now it is going on over two weeks, and they keep emailing me saying to resubmit invoice, which I kept doing, long phone hold times, and rude agents who try to rush you off the phone, and do not know how to do their jobs! I was paying $92a month for my dog, and last year they upped it to $126 a month, which is absolutely ridiculous! This company has gone downhill, and they do not care about the customers
