Stress Free Pet Insurance!

I have been with embrace for quite awhile now. They are quick with claims, responsive when I’ve needed help, and also it’s very easy to submit claims.. Makes having a pet with a chronic condition much easier to manage..

very confusing system for entering in what I took our cat to the vet for. Put it under annual wellness exam because that's what it was and they rejected it because it was under the wrong category. Makes absolutely no sense.

Our Experience with our new Embrace policy..\

We have had our policy with Embrace since spring of 2024 for our 2 dogs. One is an older dog with pre-existing conditions and the other dog is now an 8 month old puppy. The process for filing claims is very easy. The company is quick to respond. The customer service representatives that I have spoken with have been very friendly and helpful in helping me learn and navigate the process for understanding exemptions for my older dog and filing a claim for my puppy who experienced a tibular bone avulsion fracture. We have already had two claims paid for our young puppy. One was part of his Wellness Plan and the other plan was related to his accident, We have been very pleased with our experience.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
