Awesome Experience with Embrace
We've had both of our dogs insured through Embrace for the past 3 & 1/2 years and have never needed to file a claim until last week. Sadly, after spending two days at the emergency vet, our sweet Rottweiler was diagnosed with an aggressive lymphoma and because she became quite sick very fast, we made the difficult decision to put her to sleep. Through this very difficult process, I was so appreciative of how quickly and easily Embrace handled our claim. I had the money in our account within two days of submitting our invoices in the app. Not only that, once they saw the invoice that included euthanasia, Embrace automatically reached out to us via email to let me know that they would cancel our coverage and refund us any overpaid premium back. This was so appreciated, as I was dreading having to call and take care of canceling her coverage as I am still so sad over the loss of our sweet girl. After this experience, I can't imagine not having Embrace coverage for all of our future pets.
