UNACCEPTABLE WAIT TIMES
The great thing about Embrace is that their customer service staff is always a pleasure to deal with. HOWEVER their wait times on the phone are up to an hour & also they are not processing claims nearly as quickly as they did when I first signed up with them years ago. Frequently there is a very long wait to receive my reimbursement. Often this necessitates my making several calls, more hold times, requests for me to contact my vet for new documentation, & having to submit documents which have already been submitted. Embrace you could sure do a lot better.
