Why I did not cancel my policy
I called to cancel my pets policy, not because I was unhappy with Embrace, but because with the rate increase due to aging pets was cost prohibitive. I spoke with a customer representative who never once pressured me to keep my current policy, but instead offered different options. In the end, I went with one of the options as it met my needs and was affordable. I'm glad to continue to be an Embrace Client as my pets and I have always received prompt friendly service with claims, questions and more.
