easy filing of a claim and in the past quick handling of the claim and payment, I strongly recomment Embrace as a pet insurance

I will be canceling my policy. This insurance is not worth it, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. They always claim any issue is linked to pre-existing conditions, no matter what proof you provide. I’ve sent multiple test results showing that my condition is unrelated to diabetes, but no one has responded, and they’ve even closed my cases. It’s been over a month since I submitted my claims, and the only communication I’ve received is the standard “your claim is denied due to pre-existing conditions.” They don’t respond to emails, and it feels like they don’t care at all. I strongly recommend going with a different provider, especially if you have any pre-existing health issues. I’ll be updating this review as I wait to see if they ever respond or review the paperwork properly

I have had embrace for two years now and it's been the best pet insurance I've had by far. Whether online or over the phone the staff and customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend this company to everyone especially if your pet is like family!!

Easy claim process, reasonable prices, no quick resolution. No complaints at all. I recommend them highly. We have had four claims - and all were serviced without any problems.

This is the third claim I had to submit for our cat, and each time the process has been very easy. It was also great to have insurance coverage for our cat - it gives piece of mind that we can get the help our cat needs.
