Excellent coverage

To date our experience with Embrace has been excellent! We have had embrace for several years and have , thankfully, needed the coverage only a few times, and they were for surgeries. Embrace follows up with the provider if your invoice is incorrect, because of Embrace our little guy is with us today without us going into major bills to pay on our own. I am more than willing to pay the increases as the service is completely worth it. Thank you Embrace! Tail wagging!

Don’t waist your money. Use Nationwide

I enrolled my pet with embrace almost three years ago. We purchased the very best package available, which at the time included all wellness items. After multiple rate hikes and never one single claim for anything, I had. $900 bill for my pup which I submitted immediately under my policy. The claim was denied, they advised me that my dog had been removed from the wellness program at renewal with out telling me. I was free to review the documents online. When I told them I did t authorize this and never looked to drop the coverage, and proved that we had originally purchased it, a non-English speaking person told me it was my fault and hung up. I contacted them again was bounced from person to person voicemail to voicemail. Nothing. I’ve submitted them to the Attorney General’s office for fraud and strongly suggest you go to Nationwide.

Embrace Pet Insurance Finds Another Money Grab Opportunity

This company has chosen to act like a money grabbing company like the rest. Embrace pet insurance has chosen to increase my monthly insurance premium because I changed addresses. We recently moved approximately 7 miles from our previous address and Embrace feels that the new zip code comes with an increase in veterinary costs. I don't know about all of you, but I don't change vet services based on my zip code. My vet stay the same, my veterinarian emergency treatment stays the same, the food I feed my dog stays the same,..... In no way does our moving justify a 10%+ increase in premium costs. I have consistently paid between $150.00 and $325.00 premiums per month for coverage for each of my 5 dogs over the past 15 years and this is how they want to treat their loyal customers..... I called and was told that "our system is setup this way and there isn't anything I can do about the increase". Thanks Embrace!!!
