Marie, the CSR who patiently walked me through & explained why my premium went up so much and cancelled it at my request in a very understanding manner. Then, when I reconsidered & decided to keep my younger cat on the policy, nicely helped me re-instate my policy & then remove my senior cat. She put up with a lot. Embrace should give her a raise.
Also, Embrace, I have been with you for a long time now. Why are my premiums higher than a new customer's premium? Backwards thinking.
