We have paid this company $10,000 over 3 years for our two dachshunds and have gotten $100 back (possibly for gas running the dogs back and forth). Sign up with these people at your own peril.

Premiums just go up and up and when I actually needed it, they said they would not cover an actual sick visits as the Dr. listed it as an "exam" and said that "exams" are not covered... how would a doctor diagnose what turned out to be a immune issue with "examining" my dog?

I have not had to use it yet, but they were so helpful in explaining all of the different plans, and just so nice. Also, the prices are competitive with other plans.

My claim was paid promptly with no problems. Customer service is great...very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you so much!

I was really unsure of getting pet insurance, I thought it was a waste of money. There had to be a scam, Embrace also the competition company I was checking into. I chose Embrace due to the well care puppy protection with lots of extras. you do pay extra for it in the long run 100% reimbursement. You cannot lose on this program! I live on a fixed income rob peter to pay paul most times. I have had a great experience with submitting claims, Embrace stands true to there word. Embrace has processed claims as promised, in the time line it states. I also carry a policy for illness, accident, at a 100.00 deductible for up to 10,000.00. There is only one thing I wish the company had thought of including. A pet credit card 💳 everything would be recorded itemized. Also a quick way for unforeseen emergencies that arise. Having a United States Service Animal, you want to give back what the service animal gives you. Care, health protection so I chose Embrace to help me ensure a healthy Animal. I will keep everyone up to date , if this changes in the further.
