ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

I have pet health insurance through ASPCA for all three of my dogs. This particular review has been generated by recent treatment for my youngest, a slightly more than 1-year old Shih Tzu, Wally, who was having what appeared to be allergy problems. After paying my annual deductible, I brought Wally in to my vet for his annual immunizations and check-up and also as a follow-up to a previous visit in which he had exhibited symptoms of seasonal allergies. After trying OTC meds (Benadryl) we switched to prescription antihistamines and ever since Wally has been just fine. I immediately filed my claim and was reimbursed within about 10 days. I am very please with ASPCA and would recommend their pet health coverage to anyone.

After extensive vet/emergency care visits from the beginning of November through January to find out that my cat Rupert had a brain tumor, the tumor was successfully removed by a neurological surgeon at a local VSEC hospital. All this to say that I incurred extremely large vet bills and ASPCA stepped up to the plate to process claims submitted in a timely matter. While I still am waiting for the last (and hopefully final) claim to be processed, I am confident that it will be completed in a timely manner. If it wasn't for this insurance, I would either had to re-mortgage my home (just kidding) or send my sweetie over the rainbow bridge (not kidding). As an aside, when calling ASPCA for questions/claims follow up, I cannot express how professional and compassionate these folks are. Many conversations with different folks at ASPCA have helped me to focus on my cat's illness/recovery and not worry about what it was going to cost to save his life. I am truly indebted to this pet insurance and strongly suggest if you do not have pet insurance now, GET IT!!!!!!! ASPCA is definitely the way to go!!!!!

OMG ASPCA Dog Insurance is nothing but a HUGE RIP OFF, in our opinion.Our Coco had to have disc surgery 12-24-2019 after seeing 2 other Vet's all said & done our bill was 10,729.35 $, we paid it and I started paperwork to file claim, we have had a policy for both Coco and Cotton for 5 yrs now. We knew we were capped at 3,00.00 but that would have helped, but instead today I see our claim and they are paying 0, yes you see it correctly 0 a big goose egg. What in the heck have we been paying every month for, 12 moths for 5 years x's 2???? We would recommend using ANYONE but the ASPCA INSURANCE .....I hope ASPCA see's this! Tag EVERYONE

My experience with ASPCA has been great. Signing up is simple and the customer service is excellent. Nice people who have answers for all my questions. My little pup Bowie was diagnosed with Addisons and he requires daily and monthly medications and doctors visits often. Luckily I had ASPCA pet insurance that covers his medical needs. Submitting claims is so easy with my phone and I've never had a problem with any of his claims being denied. Having coverage for Bowie with ASPCA gives me peace of mind, and Yes, I refer ASPCA to all my pet loving friends. Thank you ASPCA.

I love having pet insurance for our dogs. Its very expensive to pay for there care and you never know what may occur with there health. I do pass your company's name to all my friends who have pets thanks for providing this service. I've never had a problem with any of the refunds that come back to me outs easy to process a claim and to talk to any of your reps.
