Happily surprised!

Oh course you take your dog to the doctor if it's sick, without thinking about the cost. I'm very happily surprised when I filed the claims, not thinking about what or if I would get any money back. Then I did get money back. Thanks to the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. My dog Ginger is happy and health. I renewed for another year, better safe then sorry.

We have tried other pet health…

We have tried other pet health insurance for our daschound, none lived up to this company's standards. Reimbursement for services is always fast, with no disputes or delays. Recently our pup required spinal surgery, very common and heredity problems with the breed. After contacting customer service, who expedited our claims due to the circumstance, we received reimbursement for the emergency services and approval for the estimated amount of her Neurosurgeon. We have found much needed peace of mind being able to respond to veterans who come in and are reluctant to give their evaluation due to the known costs associated with whatever problem that they can preform whatever treatment needs to happen because she has health insurance. And every Veterinarian has agreed that this plan is the best out there. So if your questioning what company to go with, this is the one!

Definitely recommend!

I adopted a rescue pup in October and went back and forth regarding whether to get insurance. When I got my first dog 14.5 yrs earlier pet insurance was kind of a new thing and he was my work dog so all bills were paid for so I didn’t get it. And in the grand scheme of things it worked out fine even after his retirement. However, it has paid for itself 10-fold with my new guy. I recommend ASPCA to everyone who asks!

I have used this plan twice for my dog

I have used this plan twice for my dog. We adopted him in December, got his vaccinations taken care of in two visits. The plan reimbursed us as expected. I have zero complaints about it.
