Excellent Customer Service

I’m so happy I chose ASPCA! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences so far and any time I’ve called with a question I have received friendly, patient and knowledgeable customer service.

I have submitted in 2 claims for my dogs in the last month and a half, I've received 2 notices saying they are sorry for the delay in processing the claim, this is now the second time this has happened. They auto draft a payment on time every month but their reimbursement process leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not happy with the slow process of which they process claims.

Regret trusting ASPCA

I’ve submitted 3 claims for vaccinations for my puppy since September. Still “processing” with no clear answer from Customer Service. Very disappointed with this company and will be looking around for a more reliable company.

Look elsewhere for Supportive, Transparent Pet Insurance

I have been an ASPCA customer for about six months now. While I cannot point to any specifically fraudulent or grossly negligent conduct, this is not a company I would recommend to anyone. Be aware that ASCPA is underwritten by another company, Crum & Forster, which causes information gaps and discrepancies in how claims are processed. In addition, CF construes their coverage and policy VERY narrowly, and, at least in our case, has already denied multiple claims that, under a plan reading of the policy, should be covered. Finally, their backlog of claims processing, refusal to follow through or communicate regarding vet correspondence, and exceptionally long wait and response times for customer service reps is unacceptable.
