ASPCA has good selections

ASPCA has good selections for coverages that will fit you and your pets particular needs. Claims through the app went easy and fast. This is my first time putting in a claim. So far I'm happy with the process and the product.

Don’t waste your money

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I got this insurance for my horse (yes, horse not a dog), and it's easily one of the biggest scams I've ever seen. My horse got a suspensory ligament strain as a result of an injury and they're refusing to cover a penny of my horse's diagnostic tests and any treatment. I've spoken with multiple reps who assured me that this injury and treatment would be covered; however, I was arbitrarily told it now won't be as they're considering this injury an "illness." I will promptly be telling every horse-owning soul I come into contact with to avoid this insurance like the plague.

I don’t appreciate this as I’ve spoken with multiple reps to great lengths about issues with this company and when I asked to speak to a higher up, I was told the person I was speaking to was the highest up person I could talk to. ASPCA Per Insurance does not care about their customers not their pets.

Terrible Company that will avoid paying at all costs

Be careful, they will reject and review every claim and search back for years to see anything in the previous medical notes to reject your claim. I hate this company and would highly recommend NOT to buy this policy. Call me anytime to discuss 9545017755

Coverage

The pay-out amount is based on the actual vet bill, at a rate pre-selected by the customer: 90%, 80% or 70%

Payout Limits

Annual limits can be set by the customer, ranging from $2,500 to $20,000, including an unlimited option. No lifetime limits.

Deductible

$100, $250 or $500 annually.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered. ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has two Preventive Care plans that can be added to help cover a pet’s wellness care, including annual exams, vaccinations, tests, dental cleanings and flea/heartworm preventive. Preventive Care plans reimburse up to a set amount for each listed treatment.
