Bait and Switch
I had to send the medical records to them 3 times, and my vet had to send twice. Took a month for them to process; constant emails stating they didn't have the information. Now I know why they waited - they were waiting until the lower coverage change I made kicked in so they wouldn't have to pay at 90% (the time of the actual vet visit).
I finally threatened to cancel the policy if they didn't complete the claim within 3 days - guess what - they completed it in 2 days after my threat at the lower rate, which is a mistake.
I cancelled the policy after the reimbursement went into my bank account.
