Top notch service and staff

Best thing I’ve ever done was to get pet insurance on my boys. Along with the preventative, I get 90% of Coopers medical bills paid for and also get reimbursed for Duncan and Cooper’s vaccinations and dental cleaning. Claims are processed quickly. There is peace of mind knowing my pups are protected and that we won’t take a big hit financially when there is an accident.

ASPCA Pet Insuance is terrible

ASPCA Pet Insuance is terrible. Claim processing is unreasonably slow as is the Custer service when trying to get a reply. I will not be renewing this coverage. They are awful

This is the first time I’ve acquired …

This is the first time I’ve acquired pet insurance. I just got a new border terrier puppy. I decided to get ASPCA Pet insurance because my daughter-in-law has it. She had over $8000 in vet bills the first year owning her Doberman and it was covered, less the deductible, thankfully. I thought they would not renew it for next year but they did. She also has it on two of her other dogs but has not ever needed to use it.
