ASPCA experience

Overall we are very happy with ASPCA pet insurance, although the premium does tend to go up year on year (what doesn't?) we have still found it to be beneficial and worthwhile, especially in cases of emergency. It gives us peace of mind to know that if something were to happen to our beloved French Bulldog that we can take her straight to the vets without worrying about cost. There is an annual deductible but after that costs are covered. The claim process is easy and efficient and we are always reimbursed in a timely fashion.

They care

Helped me out a little on my Danes accident, not too much. Even though they did take a long time to review and pay me back, they showed a significant amount on how much they cared.

Thankful for our pet insurance

We are new to pet insurance and purchased ASPCA after bringing our bulldog puppy home in April 2013...I am so thankful! Our puppy decided to turn over his food bin and engulf 3 pounds of food! He bought himself an IV with fluids, x-ray, induced vomiting, and an overnight stay in the critter ER! ASPCA helped to offset the cost and our claim was processed in a very timely manner. I was also pleased to learn that our 2 older dogs (Griffin-12.5 and Mena-11) were still able to be insured. We now have insurance on all our pups and wish I had done the homework sooner to learn more about pet insurance! Will never be without it again!

three days of torture

Apparently my pet Dexter ate something (not sure what) and started vomiting for hours off and on every l5 to 20 mins. You could tell he was in pain. Took him to vet and they did an x-ray which revealed a possible foreign body and said he needed an ultrasound, and they were closing and could not do an ultrasound there, and substitute vet sent me to another place for tests and ultrasound. There was definitely inflammation and a possible foreign body which showed up. Subsequent, all seemed to start to clear and after a few days on a bland diet, Dexter was fine again and back to his old self. It was so nice to have the Pet Insurance at a time like this and it really helped a lot. Dexter has been fine since and enjoying himself. We both thank you for being there for us when we needed to help with these bills. Thanks again.
