For most part good

Most claims have been processed and approved in an acceptable way. However, the issue of "pre existing" condition can be subjective. My dog had an irritation/eye issue, but later an infection. The first claim was not an infection as per my vet but the second claim was an infection. It was not pre existing but was denied with that explanation because it was the same eye, so the antibiotic was not reimbursed.

Reimbursements are low

Hi, it's nice to have pet insurance, and ASPCA staff are very polite and call to follow up about your pet, which I appreciate. I felt however that their reimbursements for costs incurred at our vet were too low. We discussed this with our vet and they argued that they charge a reasonable and appropriate amount, which leaves us to feel that ASPCA is not reimbursing us for expenses fairly.

Swift, Kind, Courteous,Thoughtful and Professional

Almost instant response time. I appreciate there courtesy calls and they're always kind and solicitous of my animals needs and mine. They're a wonderful company to deal with as they make everything simple, and quick. I've been with them since 2011 and have never had a bad experience.
