The Best Policy I could EVER have had!

I could not say enough for the ASPCA policy I have. I searched out several before purchasing this one. My veterinarian and soon to be veterinarian son (: both recommended this one. It has been easy to purchase and manage and understand. Unfortunately, my Golden Retriever was diagnosed with lymphoma in November - fortunately, he is in remission with his chemotherapy protocol and had done well with his treatment. We expect that he will continue to do well for some time thanks to his treatment. I am very thankful for this policy that was extraordinarily helpful in managing the challenging financial challenges of his treatment. The claims were easy to submit, I do them weekly via fax. I receive notification of their receipt weekly via email and payment is easy to understand, fair and prompt. It makes a huge different in this whole process. In addition? Every now and then I get a message from ASPCA insurance reps asking how we are doing. That never happens with my Blue Cross Blue Shield reps! They are the nicest, kindest, smartest claims reps I have encountered (and I am a psychologist who works with claims - I KNOW!) I am just as grateful for their interactions in making this an easy and warm process as I am for the insurance. I am happy to refer them - and do so often! Many thanks!

Very Satisfied with Speedy Repayments.

We've had insurance for both dogs, and had no need to use until recently when Maddie developed two serious issues. The first was diagnosed as megasophagus (enlarged esophagus). Though this is considered a hereditary condition and not covered, we WERE partially reimbursed for diagnostic charges. Later, she chipped a lower canine tooth and extraction was approved. When the dentist got to work on her, he found another cracked tooth that needed to be removed. ASPCA adjusted their reimbursement to cover that second extraction. They have always paid on claims in a very timely fashion.

Proved it's worth

We have had insurance on our Anatolian for about 2-3 years now and he had a traumatic injury that has turned out really but we thank Hartville every day for their prompt response and payment which really relieves us. Service is MUCH better now that you can submit online for claims and track easily. Much needed and we are all appreciative.

Excellent Service!

My poor Greyhound Gal had a broken toe accident while running like the wind. After two months and 5 doctors later - she is healed. I say 5 doctors because my initial vet wanted to splint her toe (bad idea because the Greyhounds don't do well with splinting AND she had a wound between the two toes). Another doctor in this practice wanted to amputate the toe! No way! Off to another practice who is much more experienced with the Greyhound breed. There was much concern about the wound becoming infected. It was a major challenge for the duration. ASPCA was wonderful with all the claims I submitted. Thankfully Gal is healed and still has all her toes!

Wonderful insurance and amazing people

I have had the insurance policy for the life of my dog and only in the last year have I had to claim anything. They made the process so easy in our time of stress and need. I sent my claims in and within the month I had cash reimbursement in hand. The best part was, every single time I called to ask a question or discuss something, the rep was so concerned with how my pup was doing and wanted an update regarding her condition. They seemed to genuinely care and were willing to go to the ends of the Earth to help me. Would definitely recommend.
