Satisfied Customer

I am very please with ASPCA. They always call to check on my pet. I have received many caring calls from them asking how my pet is feeling with wishes for a speedy recovery. They are always very nice and pleasant. Their service has quick turnaround time also. I never experienced this type of great service from any insurance company of any kind in my life. ASPCA is awesome. I am vey please. I definitely rate them a "10".

One thing that I find distressing is …

One thing that I find distressing is that it is one month before illness insurance takes place after registering. This is not convenient and it is the one thing that makes me hesitate to recommend you to others as I have been doing up until recently when I signed Peaches up for insurance. On top of the incredible sadness of losing Peaches so soon after we rescued her and began loving her with all our hearts... we are stuck with a bill with no insurance coverage and it is a large hardship on us. It still hurts too much to think about her and write this. However I want you to know my review of this one area. Maybe you could make the deductible higher in the first month for people like us who are devoted to our pets and are very burdened now by the pet hospital bill?

Wodnerful Company to Deal with

I can't say enough about pets Health Insurance Plan. I have had for over 10year for all of my pets. I would never think to change for a number of reasons #1 customer service and support. All of my dogs have had to use and I mean use the plan for surgery and/or other hospitalizations. So glad I had the Company I did and the limits I selected. Can you get cheaper plans - of course!... but will they cover what this covered No Way, will you be able to call and get the help you need and will they call you just to check in your your pets - the answer is No. Well worth every cent just for the customer service and coverage available.

Great Company - Very Satisfied

We am very pleased with our ASPCA policies - we have two dogs and the premiums are reasonably affordable. For the first time using the policies, we submitted claims for our older dog, Finn. He had a serious eye condition that required emergency and specialized care. The claim forms were straightforward and easy to submit. The response time was excellent. All in all, a great pet insurance program.

Amazing service

I have insurance through ASPCA for several years, for my Spaniel of which (thankfully) i hadn't need to use until recently. My 11 year old Cocker Spaniel needed a few procedures done about 6 months ago. I was out of pocket for over $3,000; I submitted my claim - which is super easy to fill out. I received an immediate response, and the re-imbursement was direct deposited into my account. The system is so well organized, easy to use; and the staff at ASPCA have always been so lovely to deal with over the phone when I have had questions. Truly, truly worth it! I wish my own health care was this easy :-/
