ASPCA is the best!!!!!!!!!

My little min pin will be 5 next month and so far she's suffered from around 10 ear infections! When she and her brother were under one I had another insurance company. I was not happy with them because I'd have to pay my $100 deductible each time I filed a claim whereas ASPCA only requires one deductible each year. Also, I always receive a phone call after they receive my claims to find out how my pup is. The care is above and beyond.

Great Service, friendly people, never a problem

I've had this insurance for 10 years now! It has always paid for itself, if not 1 year, the next. My dog has had a myriad of issues from obstruction removal to unidentified fevers...they are fast to reimburse you. I highly recommend it to anyone with a pet, you will feel so much better when/if you have to go to emergency vet.

A++++ Pet Insurance!

Our six month old golden retriever has been covered by ASPCA Pet Insurance since he joined our family. Thought that time, Henry has seen his vet for normal check-ups and a number of times due to pneumonia illness. While the bills racked up, I couldn't help but be so thankful we have pet insurance. Not only do we have pet insurance, we have ASPCA Pet Insurance. A few reasons why they rock: > Claims are quick & easy. Filled them out online in minutes, receive confirmation emails once submitted. The claims center online shows you at what process your claim is at, for full visibility. > Every time I called to check-in on a claim or ask a question, the service was phenomenal. Without fail, their first question was "How is Henry (our dog)?" and genuinely meant it. They were always looking to go above & beyond to ensure accurate, speedy claims service. > At one point our vet wasn't sending through the requested (needed) information to ASPCA so the customer service rep created a three-way call between them, the vet, and myself to make sure there were no gray areas that would hold up the claim. After that, the claim closed and I received reimbursement within the week. > After dealing with a plethora of claims relating to Henry's illness, ASPCA Pet Insurance mailed us a HAND WRITTEN note hoping Henry is feeling better and thanking us for our business. We were so impressed. > I have not felt like a singular person trying to deal with a large company. Rather, my experiences have been personal, inviting, and positive.

you are awesome!

I have had ASPCA insurance for about 5 years for 3 cats. One cat has a preexisting condition and ASPCA insured her(excepting her preexisting condition) which no other company would do. The reimbursement from ASPCA is higher than other companies, and submitting claims is very easy. I like that preventative care like vaccinations and teeth cleaning is covered. With ASPCA, if my pet is ill I can take them to the vet without worry. I wish some of the health insurance companies for people would be more like you.

Great Service

I have had ASPCA insurance since my lab was 6 weeks old thankfully so she had double ACL surgery when she was about 3 years and she is 7 now. I have had many claims over the last several years ie... ear infections, upper respiratory infections I have always had great service and have been paid promptly. The process of the claims is fast and easy and online which is so convenient now. I would highly recommend ASPCA for your pet insurance needs another positive is they do have several different plans to meet your financial needs too.
