It couldn't be any better

Of all pet insurance companies I looked into, ASPCA pet insurance was excellent from the first call. The people you deal with have compassion about your pet almost as much as you do. My first experience was with my dying kitty that was very sudden. I received a hand written sympathy note and phone calls from very caring people that eased my pain and really made me feel like they were right there with me grieving. They were amazing. My most recent claim was for my 13-year-old who had an upper respiratory infection. I got very nervous because of her age and took her right to the vet. She wasn't eating or drinking and I thought it was the end. While she was recovering, I got a call to see how she was doing. How amazing is that?! Any time I deal with the folks here, I'm am always so pleasantly surprised about how considerate they are. I wish the training these people get was the same for human insurance companies!

Affordable mix of protections

While the insurance is definitely geared toward large, expensive, accidents, I also have positive feelings towards the times when the insurance helps to offset the costs of small health issues, like cuts, infections, and illness. Honestly, ASPCA insurance helps us afford to keep even the most mischievous pet in our family.

Service continues to be exceptional

My dog injured his right back leg in January, had surgery in February - claim processed successfully within 2 days of submitting it. We just had his follow up appointment and x-rays to verify healing progress. Claim submitted and addressed in 2 business days. ASPCA representatives have followed up with us along the way to check in on our pet. Highly recommend!
