Although there is some ambiguity as to what is covered and what isn't without reading the fine print, ASPCA tends to process claims quickly, approve a reasonably fair amount of the bill total, and pay promptly.

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance is not bad, but it is not great either. I was trying to move one of my cat's policy renewals to a different month, but they would not do it. Dental month is in March, which is the best discount period, but the policy renews in January. This makes it so I do not meet the deductible. Therefore, they will not cover her dental. This is the second year in a row, so I am looking to change to another insurance company eventually.

When I had to put my cat, Deanna to sleep, we were at the emergency clinic. I filed a claim, and the claims team saw euthanasia, they canceled her policy. I was too upset to even think about canceling it myself. This year I went to emergency with Hoshi. The clinic had changed hands, so there is a new name. The claims team added the emergency clinic to my list of vets. I didn't think about adding the emergency clinic. They are great! KUDOS to everyone that has handled any of my claims! They have enough empathy to know when a pet owner is distraught, and can't think straight. Thank you sooomuch.

I have been using ASPCA health insurance for my 2 huskies for years and they never disappoint me. The claim process is super easy and I've never had any problems with reimbursements. They even call you after they received the claim to see how your animal.is doing. The best health insurance out there.

The representatives I spoke with couldn't be more helpful and the process couldn't be easier. The reps answered all of my questions and were so caring, patient and kind and what I thought would be a long drawn out process was as easy as filling out a form online and submitting it. You get emails with the status of your claim and the refund was directly deposited before I even had a chance to check my emails for a status update.When you find a company that cares, I mean really cares about your pet, you feel protected and it now gives me serious peace of mind that my dog will always have exactly what he needs when he needs it.
