ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

I was unsure about pet insurance but I purchased it after speaking with the kindest woman at ASPCA. I went almost a full year without needing it until my dog ate a chicken bone !! Off to the hospital for tests and images and then a follow up appointment at the vet, Within days of submitting two very EASY claims online , a payment came from ASPCA. It covered everything the policy said it would and was prompt and direct deposited right into my checking account ! Very good decision to go with ASPCA !!!!!

I cannot say enough about ASPCA Pet Insurance... I have been a member for more than 6 years. My lab-golden mix, Austin, has IBD and has had several other issues over the years and ASPCA PET INSURANCE has been there for us every step of the way. Their customer service representatives are easy to reach, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate and could not be more helpful when I have had questions. They offer prompt and accurate responses to every inquiry. I have even received follow-up calls after filing a claim asking how Austin is doing. Several plans are available and make sense. Claims could not be easier to file, as you can file online and upload a receipt in just a few minutes. I have even had my claim settled and received reimbursement in as little as two days! Recently my Sofia (a 12 year old bichon), had an infection in the eye. The vet examined her, made the diagnosis, treated her and wrote presciptions. The plan reimbursed us at 80%, which is what we expected.as always they handled the claim very promptly.

Easy to file a claim and easy to handle the filing online. Only had one call from ASPCA insurance about the claim. Had 2 calls asking how my dog was doing . Good people there!
