Great pet insurance

Pasoca is a 9 month old frenchie and full of energy. I decided to get him insurance because you never know. Best decision I've made. 2 weeks after I enrolled him with ASPCA, he hurt his eyes by scratching it some how. I've only notice 2 days later only because it was really swollen and puffy. Took him in and it had became an corneal ulcer from him robing his paw on it so much. After that we had 2 emergency visits, surgery and many fallow ups. I submitted all my claims and whiting a week or week and a half latter my money was deposit back in my account. Haven't encounter any problems yet and I hope it will stay that way.

Worth every penny

The pet insurance has been worth every penny for me. My dog got kennel cough and it was a Friday. The cough was so bad that I was afraid to go to work because I honestly thought he would choke to death. I did not even hesitate to take him to an emergency vet despite the high costs because I knew that insurance would cover most of the expense. It's given me peace of mind when having a sick pet.

It has been a God send to me!

I have the insurance for many years now. I have 5 animals insured and it has paid for their illnesses and accidents. Through the years it has just gotten better. I fax my claim in and with in days it is in my bank account.

Dogs and ASPCA Pet Insurance Rule!!

I have three rescues and have used this insurance for all of them at one time or another!! My oldest is now even getting acupunture and my insurance helps defray the cost!!! What more could you ask for!! They are always there, quick and dependable!!

Monthly Cost

Rates start at: $10 (for accident only), $16 (Complete Coverage). Rates vary based on species, age, breed, and location.

Coverage

The pay-out amount is based on the actual vet bill, at a rate pre-selected by the customer: 90%, 80% or 70%

Payout Limits

Annual limits can be set by the customer, ranging from $2,500 to $20,000, including an unlimited option. No lifetime limits.

Deductible

$100, $250 or $500 annually.

Age Limits

No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

There are no waiting periods for preventive care. Coverage begins 14 days after date listed on policy for accidents, illnesses, and knee/ligament conditions.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered. ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has two Preventive Care plans that can be added to help cover a pet’s wellness care, including annual exams, vaccinations, tests, dental cleanings and flea/heartworm preventive. Preventive Care plans reimburse up to a set amount for each listed treatment. If your pet exhibited symptoms of a knee and ligament condition at any time, prior to enrollment or during a waiting period, all ligament and knee conditions will be excluded. Ligament and Knee are conditions involving a ligament, patella, meniscus or soft tissue disorder of the knee. Accident-Only coverage available.
