Friendly staff with quality service.
I have always received answers to any questions. The staff are very respectful and friendly. Everyone cares about you and your furbabies. I envy them because they get to take their furbabies to work. I would definitely recommend ASPCA Pet Health Insurance to anyone and everyone.

Ease and worth the peace of mind
I started insurance on my often troublesome dog years ago. I've never made a claim until recently. The entire process went smoothly. I feel I can always call and ask questions without the headache.

Daisy's rash & allergy
I have always been treated very nicely and never have to wait very long for the doctor. Daisy had a skin rash and infection last visit due to allergies. The doctor was great with her. He gave me an antibiotic and allergy medication which took care of her within two weeks. She was much more comfortable within a couple days. The pet insurance took care of a big portion of the bill. I just recently recommended pet insurance to my son.

I am very satisfied with Hartville Pet Insurance
I adopted a rescue dog from the HS where I am a volunteer. I didn't have a dog in 30yrs and things have changed with pet care now. I decided to take out the pet insurance to see if I would use it. The young dog I adopted has allergies and I have to give her one pill a day. The insurance covered must of the cost of the pill. She also had a yeast infection and those pills were covered also. I am happy I decided to get the Pet Insurance and now I don't want to be without it. The Hartville answers any questions you have, processes your claims in a short time and I am very pleased with them.
Monthly Cost
Rates start at: $10 (for accident only), $16 (Complete Coverage). Rates vary based on species, age, breed, and location.
Coverage
The pay-out amount is based on the actual vet bill, at a rate pre-selected by the customer: 90%, 80% or 70%
Payout Limits
Annual limits can be set by the customer, ranging from $2,500 to $20,000, including an unlimited option.
No lifetime limits.
Deductible
$100, $250 or $500 annually.
Age Limits
No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
Waiting Period
There are no waiting periods for preventive care. Coverage begins 14 days after date listed on policy for accidents, illnesses, and knee/ligament conditions.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered.
ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has two Preventive Care plans that can be added to help cover a pet’s wellness care, including annual exams, vaccinations, tests, dental cleanings and flea/heartworm preventive. Preventive Care plans reimburse up to a set amount for each listed treatment.
If your pet exhibited symptoms of a knee and ligament condition at any time, prior to enrollment or during a waiting period, all ligament and knee conditions will be excluded. Ligament and Knee are conditions involving a ligament, patella, meniscus or soft tissue disorder of the knee.
Accident-Only coverage available.
