The best decision I have made all year

I got this insurance since my Cat, Daisy, is a very curious cat so I thought she might get into an accident someday. Well, that didn't happen, however she did start having seizures about a month after I purchased this insurance. We brought her to the emergency vet and faced a bill over $600 plus they recommended additional treatment the next day. Without this insurance I would have never been able to afford this. I was a little nervous that I wouldn't be remimbursed because an epilepsy diagnosis isn't easy to make. However, the customer service at ASPCA helped me through he process (take a photo of the invoice, upload it, make a few comments and submit). It was easy and they took the time to follow up with me on Daisy's condition. Without the insurance I would not be able to provide daisy with the care she needs.

I am very pleased with ASPCA Pet Insurance.

My dog has an elevated liver enzyme which was first diagnosed last year. She has to have blood work from time to time and had an ultra sound last month. She is currently on medication and is scheduled for more blood work at the end of this month.

Thank you for taking care of my bulldogs torn CCL

My English Bulldog, Bruno, tore his CCL (the dog equivalent to a human ACL) and needed TPLO surgery to repair his leg. ASPCA Pet Insurance processed our claim compassionately and quick and Bruno is back on four good legs. So glad we had our pet insurance with ASPCA. They have also been very helpful and quick handling smaller claims for Bruno as well. It's been very easy working with them and I appreciate them having Bruno's back!

Grateful

It is just as re-assuring to know that my dog has health insurance, just as it is for me. I am fortunate that my senior is very healthy and these incidents are very few so far. There is great peace of mind in knowing that my boy will be able to get the necessary care if he needs it. Many thanks for being there.

very sick dog, very worried pet parents

When Frankie, our LH Dachshund refused to eat, we knew something was wrong. Our Vet ruled out several illnesses, but was concerned about an inflammation in the area of his pancreas. When x-rays did not clarify the situation, she ordered an ultrasound, which verified pancreatitis and not a more serious illness, ie, tumor. While Frankie's recovery has been slow, we are grateful; that ASPCA covered a major part of the cost, and that we were reimbursed quickly.
