Excellent Customer Service and Easy Claim System

ASPCA has a really easy claim system. They also have excellent customer service. A representative called me two weeks after visiting the vet to check in on how our dog was doing. Then they called again a couple months later as a follow up. Very nice of them to do that.

Claim paid

I've got two rescued cats, one is an ocicat and the other is a tabby. I purchased this insurance when I got my first cat, Gambit and I'm amazed at how fast the claims that I have submitted are done so quickly. I've submitted claims for wellness appointments and once submitted with the invoice from the visit, my claim is processed and my reimbursement is direct deposited to me. I've have this insurance for 5 years now and I'm very happy with it.

Wise Choice

We were searching for insurance online for our Chorkie (Khloe) who was three months old at the time and decided on ASPCA simply because it made sense/cents. The premiums are reasonable and the claims process is simple.
