They need this, they are our children.

I have yet to use the insurance but have faith it will do what it says. No use is good use.

Caring Representatives.

The representative with whom I spoke in order to register my second dog, was very helpful and caring. She even asked about my first dog by her name. She wanted to know how she was doing. I thought it was very nice of her. All my questions were answered and explained . I like dealing with the personnel of ASPCA. I like also ASPCA because this organization cares for the less fortunate dogs who have no homes.

I am pleased with ASPCA Pet Health …

I am pleased with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. I had one cat for 16 years with MANY health issues and they have always come through with reimbursement. They even called me to offer condolences when he died. I will continue to use their services for my other 4 cats and have recommended them to my sister for her dog. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because sometimes the payments are sometimes delayed. Otherwise, I am happy.

Highly recommend it

I got my first policy two years ago for my four-year-old cat. I had never had insurance before and was not anticipating any health issues with my cat. He became very ill very suddenly and required medical attention and multiple tests. I was so upset that I forgot I had insurance and forgot to place the claim. I finally did place the claim and they were understanding about the time lapse. I was reimbursed much more than I had ever anticipated and was very pleased. The claim was processed quickly and someone even called to apologize about the death of my pet. They didn’t want anything at all, no additional information or anything, just simply called to apologize about the loss of my pet. I was very impressed. I have since gotten two more cats and have ensured them both through ASPCA as well as recommending it to my friends and family. I hope I never need it again, but at least I have it in case I do.
