Maisy teeth extraction

When the form was faxed from the Vinegar hill vet grp to the claims Dept, I got an email stating some items were missing. I brought the form back over to the vet and they resent the same form again then it was resolved.

A little slow but gets the job done...

After I submitted my first claims ($1000 worth in the first 4 months of having the insurance) I started reading reviews so I got worried that I may not get paid. A lot of them said if they do pay you they will reduce the amount to something they think is reasonable. I kept calling and calling them because I was worried this would happen. It took a month but I was paid in full (at the 90% deductible rate on my contract). Overall, the experience made me add my new puppy to the same insurance as well and got a 10% discount by doing so. My 8 month old Shih Tzu was born with Kidney Disease which obviously no one knew... and now the pet insurance is paying for all of her tests and follow up visits.

Outstanding service, They came through when I needed it.

I was watching a vet show on TV, "The Bionic Vet". It got me thinking that I should get pet insurance. It had been may year since I had owned a dog and I knew vet expenses had gone up considerably. I did my research and decided on the ASPCA insurance. I kid you not, in less than two months my dog torn his ACL and meniscus. If it weren't for the insurance I have I don't know what I would have done. I HIGHLY recommend the ASCAP insurance. Not only were they there for me but they called me during Dukes recovery process inquiring about how he was doing. A++++ service. Will never be without them.

Really worthwhile coverage with a quick simple claim system

I am SO happy I chose to take insurance coverage for our adopted two little girls, we certainly did not expect to need to use it as quickly as we did, but it was very reassuring that we could focus on getting them back to full health and the cost would be for the most part taken care of. I was also super impressed how quick and easy the claim system was, I simply paid the fees due to the vet or facility of my own choice, then returned home and scanned in the receipts as I went, usually on the same day so the info was fresh in my mind and filled out some basic info, all online. A really well thought out and executed system and I am very grateful that so far all the tests and treatments have been covered, even the prescription food diet that my two cats are now on for a trial, which so far seems to have resolved their symptoms, which is so wonderful to see them back to health. Also worth mentioning that the few times I've had need to call up, the call handlers have been extremely nice, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and sweetly asked after my cats health. Really made a difference to speak to someone who immediately understood my case and could answer any question I had, rather than being transferred around the houses. I would highly recommend this insurance from first day you have your new pet for peace of mind and to limit cost of unexpected illness or injury. Thank you!
