It was complicated

Our 3 year old cat development allergies over a year ago. We had taken her to several vets and then a specialist and finally to a dermatologist. The last vet seems to have stabilized her condition with diet and meds. We are hopeful that may be the long term fix, but it is uncertain. The claim was complicated and involved numerous vet practices and invoices. ASPCA processed the claim fairly and expediently. So far, so good!

Is excellent

For me is a pleasure talking about the insurance for my pet Sydney Lee. This insurance ASPCA is excellent. Claims are paid quickly. It is economic relief. They also have an excellent support team at the customer. Great customer service.

A blessing

I haven't purchased pet insurance in the past (Luckily never had the need). With my new puppy last year, I decided to purchase insurance after hearing horror stories from friends and coworkers about their vet bills. Unfortunately, my puppy suffered a couple illnesses and eventually an injury in his first year. Fortunately, ASPCA Insurance was right there with us through it all. I HIGHLY recommend getting pet insurance.

ASPCA

On October 28, 2017 my dog tore his ACL on his right knee and required surgery. After the sticker shock from that experience, I decide to sign up for pet insurance through ASPCA. When I signed up for pet insurance on November 17, 2017 with ASPCA, the grace period on the application for future claims was 24 hours. Unfortunately, my dog fell and dislocated his knee cap on November 20, 2017. After his surgery I submitted a claim to ASPCA thinking he was covered. ASPCA rejected the claim saying the grace period was 14 days. Do not trust ASPCA with your pets health.
