Couldn’t be happier with my choice!

My pup is a 2 year old rescue and was insured soon after adoption ~ 6 months ago. I extensively researched options before deciding on ASPCA (C&F). Nobody plans on needing insurance and a lot of companies are all talk. These guys have great customer service and don’t play games with your pet’s healthcare. I’m grateful to have them - they put their money where their mouth is. I wholeheartedly recommend them and can give an honest 10/10 rating. (PS - I found TrustPilot to be very helpful in my decision making at the time.)

ASCPA ROCKS!

ASCPA has always been wonderful for our boy Cooper who unfortunately was diagnosed with Addison's disease. If we didn't have our pet insurance, we would have ended up paying so much more money. It is definitely a precaution I will always take with any dogs I adopt. ASCPA refunds our money quickly and always follow-up to see how Cooper is doing. They also cover a lot! They are very clear on what they need for reimbursements and their website is user-friendly. I highly recommend this pet insurance company above all others.

Best thing I ever did is take out insurance with ASPCA

I have been so pleased with this insurance. They have paid well. The people I have spoken to on the phone have been so nice and very helpful. This insurance has been a life saver. I love that they have different policies to choose from, and their prices are so reasonable.

Thoroughly happy with the way we were handled with the claims . We recommend them to all pet owners

After we got our kitten we didn’t imagine that we would need insurance yet. Are we glad we purchased coverage. ASPCA has been so wonderful. They notify you when they recieve your ckaim. You recieve an itemized explanation of the coverage you will recieve. They even phoned us to ask how our pet’s health was improving. That speaks volumes! We can’t praise them enough and the cost has paid for itself easily.

Thank You for Understanding What Was Needed!

Recently, my 11-year old dog Gracie had a recurrence of a sneezing episode where she was expelling blood from her nostrils. My vet of more than 20 years recommended three different tests to rule out a potentially disastrous diagnosis of aspergillosis. Although the testing was expensive, you allowed virtually all of it and the happy result was that Gracie's test results were normal. She has been healthy and active since. I have insured all my pets with you and am so glad I have.
