great service and follow up

my mixed terrier breed boy, Scout, has had several scrapes, first on a road trip where he got foxtail burrs caught in his throat in California and then a pitbull pack attack in the park back home in the city and two woodland mishaps since we moved to the country where he took serious gashes to his chest and belly and one hemorrhagic gastrointestinal attack that nearly wiped him out. ASPCA Pet insurance has handled each claim promptly and efficiently and always followed up with personal phone calls to check on him. They have been very supportive. I have never dealt with any other pet insurance carrier and never will--not even the carrier I have for all my cars and property. Wish my own health insurance carrier was as prompt and efficient and provided the same level of caring service.

This insurance policy paid for itself…

This insurance policy paid for itself during the first few months that I had it. They covered exactly what my policy said it would and I did not have to dispute a thing. I am truly impressed.

ASPCA gives me my money's worth!

I have had this insurance for over 10 years on my dog. Even though we have maxed out some years on reimbursements, ASPCA continues to cover Sparky and the annual rates do not increase too much. I am more than happy with the service I receive.

Great insurance, quick and efficient

I always know what's going on with my claim and I they never backed out of the coverage, very transparent. I got my dog from a shelter, so I don't know exactly how old he is but he is approx. 10 years old by now and we already went through two main issues: bladder stone removal surgery and he fell off the stairs (so, x-rays, blood work, etc..). While my deductible is pretty high it still worth it.
