Coverage.

I have been with them since I got my two pups that are now three. They have been great until I tried to change coverage at my yearly renewal. In order to change coverage within the company you have to cancel the current plan. So no pre exhausting conditions are covered on the new plan that the older out of date plan did cover. Their plans changed so much that when I went to look at the new plans I would have been saving over $100 but was not eligible if I wanted my pets history to carry over. They do not reward loyalty or offer current members new discounts. Customer service was trash. They just kept repeating themselves and refused to take my concerns to management.

Great coverage.

My car Ramses had to have her right eye removed due to an FLV infection. Surgery went fine. I felt confident submitting my claim. My monthly premium is so affordable from ASPCA, I can't believe pet owners pass on having coverage for their pets. It gives me piece of mind knowing my pet is covered. ASPCA team are quick to respond and everyone is kind and friendly. I'm glad they are there for me and my cat.

I've been very happy with customer service and the claims submitting/payment by Pet Health.

I have had pet insurance through ASPCA Pet Health for 18 years now, 5 dogs have been insured. Since I am retired, anything concerning my fur babies is a budget item. Although some may consider it expensive, I feel it is worthwhile to pay the premiums, insuring my pets. An accident or illness can cost much more. I would hate to not treat one of my animals because I was worried about the cost.

Thankful fo ASCPCA!

Brought our new puppy home and debated about getting insurance or not-so glad we did! At 4-months, she started vomiting, wouldn’t eat and had to stay overnight under vet care with liver concerns. Happy to say she is fine and having insurance took a LOT of worry away while having treatment. ASCPA reimbursed us quickly-no hassle process. Thanks for being there for us during this stressful time!
