We give 0 stars. We had 3 cats on your insurance. We had just insured our 3rd kitten and she got sick before the grace period ended and we did not officially pursue reimbursement. She was diagnosed with an infection, treated and recovered. In September, she got sick again, was treated, sent home and brought back the next day because she was weaker. She was referred to another vet, but was never diagnosed with anything because she was too weak to be tested. We agreed to extra treatment and tried to save her because we "had" insurance. Reimbursement was denied because of a pre existing condition? How do we know??? She was never tested for anything and the first issue was an infection...not a disease. How would you know that? We did not pursue reimbursement in March. This was over $4500. We feel very ripped off.
