Your Compassion and assistance during a stressful time

My rescue golden retriever needs serious surgery . A mass in her intestines must be removed before it grows. Also found was spot on her spleen. This is extremely serious in golden's and must be also taken out immediately.. I'm so distraught. ASPCA has been right next to me...paying the claims for xrays, radiologist, the initial trip to our weekend emergency clinic and now gave me estimate for the surgery which is in one week's time. I had ASPCA previously for my dog,and at that time they were equally as helpful, professional....no arguing about coverage. Therefore, I reached out to them again. I highly recommend ASPCA to all pet owners with out any reserve.

Great Customer Service

We have been with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance for over a year and they really are a great company to work with. Any time I have a question about a claim they are always friendly and helpful. I really like how they ask about Leo, our Goldendoodle, while we are on the phone. Little touches like that make a big difference in customer service!

Very communicative, adn easy to use

There is nothing scarier than when your pet is sick and you are desperately trying to figure out what is wrong with them, except maybe the bill after it is all done. Having this insurance has made me feel much more at ease with the whole process because i know putting in my claim, tracking it, and following up with questions when i have them is so easy. Have a concern, call. Want to know the status of the claim, log in and check it out. Even when the claims are backed up, and go beyond the amount of time expected, you are given information on whats happening, and when to expect your claim to be complete.

Over and above and prompt service! I wholeharadly recommend ASPCA Pet Health Insurance.

Over and above what I didn't expect. For a *fixed income* person the reimbursement was more than I anticipated, but very thankful for it. I hope to maintain this insurance. Little Eviee is deserving. Thank you for all your help.

ASPCA provides the best insurance…

ASPCA provides the best insurance coverage at a reasonable price. They quickly settle your claims without any hassle. Ii believe they are deeply concerned about your pets. They call to see how they are doing after an illness. Also in time of loss, they send their sympathy. I recommend ASPCA insurance to anybody be who ask me.

Monthly Cost

Rates start at: $10 (for accident only), $16 (Complete Coverage). Rates vary based on species, age, breed, and location.

Coverage

The pay-out amount is based on the actual vet bill, at a rate pre-selected by the customer: 90%, 80% or 70%

Payout Limits

Annual limits can be set by the customer, ranging from $2,500 to $20,000, including an unlimited option. No lifetime limits.

Deductible

$100, $250 or $500 annually.

Age Limits

No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period

There are no waiting periods for preventive care. Coverage begins 14 days after date listed on policy for accidents, illnesses, and knee/ligament conditions.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered. ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has two Preventive Care plans that can be added to help cover a pet’s wellness care, including annual exams, vaccinations, tests, dental cleanings and flea/heartworm preventive. Preventive Care plans reimburse up to a set amount for each listed treatment. If your pet exhibited symptoms of a knee and ligament condition at any time, prior to enrollment or during a waiting period, all ligament and knee conditions will be excluded. Ligament and Knee are conditions involving a ligament, patella, meniscus or soft tissue disorder of the knee. Accident-Only coverage available.
