The people at ASPCA are very helpful…

The people at ASPCA are very helpful with what plans are best for our family. They are friendly and always asking how our furry friends are. Their coverage is very good and has helped our family out a lot. It would be very hard financially to have 2 dogs if we didn’t have this wonderful insurance. I tell all my friends and family this is a must when they have animals. You just never know when unfortunate things will, if ever, happen to your pet.

Get your furry family ASPCA Pet Health Insurance!

In the past few months I had to take two of my dogs to the Emergency Vet. Daisy got in a dog fight and had a puncture wound on her face. She looked like a zombie with bright red blood in her white fur. I didn't have to worry about being able to afford the vet care that she needed, even though it was after hours for the regular vet. Then my other dog, Blueberry, didn't chew a rawhide enough and it got stuck in his digestive tract. We didn't realize he had a blockage until days later when he started to look sick. By then he was dehydrated and the situation was getting serious. While he was able to avoid surgery, he had to stay at the Emergency Hospital for over 24 hours on IV fluids, IV antibiotics and IV pain killers. The blockage was shockingly expensive to treat at $2500 without even needing surgery. ASPCA Pet Health Insurance processed the claims quickly and the refunded was deposited directly into my checking account. Thank goodness!

Premium is a little high but the coverage is solid.

I like the coverage as it solid and the coinsirance is nice. I do wish the premium was a tad lower but overall worth it.

So helpful and friendly every step of the way!

My eight year old cat recently became ill - and at the worst possible time, on a Sunday morning right before his first visit with a new vet. Fortunately, the emergency vet was able to help, and he's back to his old self. Of course, emergencies are expensive. The folks at ASPCA Pet Insurance were great! From walking me through submitting the claim, to answering all of my questions about how long things might take, everyone I spoke to was patient, friendly, and helpful. They asked about how Chai was feeling every time they answered the phone, and listened to all of my questions. My decision to purchase pet insurance was completely validated by on emergency.

Process to file a claim and follow the claim process was very simple and convenient.

I was amazed at how easy the process was to file a claim. Customer service was exceptional the few times that I spoke with them. They called me up to check on how my pet was doing. I was blown away by how caring they were. I was very happy with the insurance coverage. I highly recommend ASPCA!
