Excellent converage and great customer service!

ASPCA insurance coverage has been invaluable for our puppy Maddie. Maddie is our family's first dog and is now just over 1 year old. Maddie has been very active as a puppy and has got herself into a bit of mischief as a pup. ASPCA Insurance has always been there to help Maddie with any illness or accidents that occurred to her. Thankfully, Maddie is calming down a bit, but it is comforting to know that we have insurance if we need to use it. Many Thanks!

Major coverage for an emergency

Our puppy got very sick very suddenly and we were very scared as first-time pet parents. We rushed him to the vet and he has been suffering from a parasite that significantly damaged his gastro system and that also caused pneumonia. Thankfully the animal hospital took care of everything but we were left with a hefty below above $1K. Worried about paying it and didnt expect insurance to cover a large chunk of it but when we learned that ASPCA covered actually more than 80% of it we were relieved. I was questioning whether a pet insurance was a right thing to buy but after this incident I was certain that we did the right thing with choosing ASPCA

Great and affordable.

Great afforable pet insurance, with 90% reimbursement. They are very helpful and kind, although the time it takes for your claim to be processed took longer than I would like. (Up to a month).

Get this! You'll be glad you did!

I've never actually "used" ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. However - when I asked them to discontinue service - they were genuinely compassionate to the death of my animal, they immediately canceled my automatic deduction and gave me a refund. Since that time - I have "re-enlisted" my two NEW cats, and ASPCA (more correctly "Farmers Ins") was extremely courteous and personable. In short - I like this company, and I recommend them. :-)

Strong offering but needs a little more attention to detail

Great insurance that you can configure to your pocket and risk. For the most part the claims side of things is quick and painless. Our vet emails us an invoice, this is uploaded and a few details filled in via the app. The claim is usually paid within 3-weeks. The one area that could be handled better is when things go off piste. Delays in processing aren’t advertised so you end up wasting time following up with the company to be told there is an additional three week processing time!
