Great Experience with a claim for an injured knee and surgery.

Forms were easy to fill out. Information needed was easy to find. Called once on status and Insurance company was waiting on information they needed for the Vet. It was nice that they could till me why claim was still pending. Payment was directly deposited into account.

If I can give this company a zero star…

If I can give this company a zero star I would. Oliver my Newfoundland has had insurance for 12 years. We have never used the insurance. He now has arthritis and the medication is over 100.00 a month. I just put in a claim and they told me that he had his issue before the policy!!!!! He was a puppy when we got the insurance. What a waste of money. I had called earlier in the year to ask about coverage and they did tell me that they would cover for a year. I decided to wait since his medication was around 30.00 a month. Now that I need the help they will not cover. Very disappointing.

Crazy easy

I purchased my policy shortly after I brought kitty home and he had a run in with another animal. While waiting for his treatment to be completed I picked up a brochure for ASPCA insurance. I searched the internet for other companies and after studying several policies went with ASPCA and couldn't be happier kitty needed another trip to the ER and after we got home I went to the website and in three minutes I was done and in two days everything was approved and reimbursement was on the way. Three days later kitty relapsed and I took him to his regular vet who diagnosed him properly. I waited two days before completing the paperwork again all online couple of questions and a picture of the bill and about three days to process and again approved and a check is on the way. I can't say enough good things about ASPCA and the way they handled everything I would recommend them to everyone.
