I would give the service I have had with ASPA 110% if possible. Every claim handler has been wonderful to work with.

ASPCA provides excellent customer service. I have never experienced any problems with claims I’ve submitted. I would recommend ASPCA to any pet owner. Veterinary fees can add up quickly. Investing in a health coverage for your pet is a essential.

Impressed with the amount insurance paid

I had stem cell therapy performed on my dog. She was having a lot of trouble getting around because of Arthritis. The therapy has helped her so much. The treatment was rather expensive, $2,500. The insurance covered everything but a little over $400. Very happy with the outcome.

ASPCA Is The Best Insurance For Your Pet

I recently had to make a few claims for my English Bulldog puppy who developed a cherry eye when he was 4 months old. He had the cherry eye surgically corrected but then developed a rare complication from the surgery procedure requiring a second surgery for correction. ASPCA was wonderful during this time. They covered the consultation for his eyes, both surgeries, and the medication he needed during this time. It was so easy to submit the claims. It took about a minute through my phone on their app. The claims department reviewed the claims quickly and each claim was processed within 2 weeks with the money deposited directly into my checking account. They even called to check in on my puppy to make sure he was doing ok! The monthly price for the insurance is reasonable and worth it. They saved me thousands of dollars on his care. I highly recommend ASPCA for pet insurance.

Outstanding - I was exceedingly pleased with the customer service and how easy it was to file a claim...

I have to say that after having two dogs that needed some extensive medical care, I decided my next pets would have insurance. I admit as I signed up, in the back of my head I was wondering what kind of run-around I was going to get if I ever did need to file a claim. I was COMPLETELY WRONG. When my 1 year old Boston Terrier ruptured his cornea, he needed emergency surgery to save his vision and eye. As I agreed to the procedures, that nagging voice of "Am I going to get ripped off by the insurance company" was there. Again, I was WRONG. Filing the claims was incredibly EASY!!! I was able to easily check the status, and everything was covered and I received my reimbursement quickly. I will ALWAYS use ASPCA, and have even upped my coverage. (Also, getting a follow up call hoping that my doggie was doing well was an appreciated gesture.) BRAVO to companies who can back up what they offer with great, GREAT customer service.

I wouldn’t think of a better pet insurance.

My dog is part of our family and her wellbeing is very important to us. ASPCA pet insurance definitely proved us that they took her health and wellbeing very seriously and demonstrated excellent care along the process. They are very helpful with their costumer service questions and claim questions. Patient, professional, and always accurate. They have settled our claim in such short time and the coverages were as they were written in the policy so certainly there was no discrepancy between what it was agreed on and what it was in reality. I find them as an excellent pet insurance for their excellence. Thank you guys for being awesome.
