The lady who answered my questions was very knowledgeable but most of all she is extremely kind. I totally enjoyed her and she made the experience pleasant and simple to understand.

I'm writing to commend two of your representatives: Jasmine and Kaylah. They were both a pleasure to work with. Both were knowledgeable, congenial, well versed; and most importantly: patient. They both were results driven, had compassionate senses of humor (a must; I've come to learn through them- because a new puppy in a home of an owner who hasn't had a puppy in 14 years is life changing). While I've been with AKC for many years, I'd never been offered a trial insurance plan. Was always advised to get one. Mix your policies with personable accommodating representatives, explained choices? It was easy. Bravo to Jasmine and Kaylah, who made AKC and Pet Partners shine even brighter..

We unfortunately had to put our almost 13 year old Wheaten Terrier down a few weeks ago. I contacted Pet Partners to let them know of this and the woman (Amy) that I spoke to was so incredibly compassionate. She immediately took care of what I was calling about and must have apologized 10 times for the loss of our pet. I'd highly recommend them!

Does not cover routine care of immunizations, follow up care for pre existing, or tooth care.

Paid 210.00 vet bill only to find out that my 30 coverage has to lapse before the "paid for" insurance activated.
