The staff I spoke with were very knowledgeable. The answered all my questions and valued my concerns. This is the first time I had to ever purchase pet insurance and they walked me through the steps and all coverages. They were able to assist with adjusting my insurance policy without having any issues.

I’ve been with this insurance since Oct. last year. I signed up for because they are only one who pays for pre-existing condition. It says 365 days waiting period. If they told you pre-existing, didn’t they tell you to wait 365 days to cover ? I was wondering… Did you switch to other company?
