Front desk is very friendly. Were calming as I waiting for a heart exam for my pup. It saves ALOT of time to have all required paperwork at their office. All papers were in order and heart testing began. Vincent and Amy LVT were helpful and sent the results and receipt. It's so important to have Pet Insurance as the procedures, consult, anesthesiologist are quite pricey! Everyone was professional and the office and surrounding areas were clean and had a TV which is a great idea (to help anxious puppy parents). Dr. Peckens was very instrumental in guiding me through the procedures. This is so calming and one can learn a great deal. The results are discussed in great detail and is forwarded to your Vet.

Stephanie Savino, DVM is amazing with my dog Reese. Despite me working in cardiology she still takes the time to explain my dogs condition to me in laymen's terms which I greatly appreciate. She draws pictures for me to understand and discusses a variety of treatment options. I definitely trust her with my dog.

We took our dog to CVCA after a scary incident where he collapsed and lost consciousness. From the moment we entered, we were greeted warmly and waited in a comfortable reception area. Our technician, Vince, was so welcoming & gentle with our nervous, elderly dog. Dr. Neal Peckens performed an echocardiogram. He, Vince, and the other Dr. treated us with compassion, patience, and explained every step thoroughly. We got good news. It's comforting to know such well-qualified and kind people work at CVCA for pets and people in need.

We had the best experience with CVCA -- beyond anything we could have imagined. Every member of the staff was caring and Dr. Savino was gentle with my cat and explained everything before, during, and after the exam. They made the procedure as comfortable as possible for my sweet cat. I can't recommend CVCA Vienna enough.
