Took Nina in for a dental check-up, and she ended up needing extractions. Since it was considered major surgery, it came with a much higher cost than expected. While I was at work, I received the quote and definitely had a moment of shock—thought to myself, “Y’all can keep her” (jk 😅). The team worked with me to lower the cost and make it more affordable, which I truly appreciate. They took excellent care of my girls, and the follow-up check-in calls were top-notch. The team at this location was incredible when my baby cat needed help. The bill without insurance was definitely expensive, but they were so understanding and genuinely willing to work with my budget. They helped remove anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary so my cat could still get the care she needed. While I was there, I also saw them give a small gift to someone who had just said goodbye to their fur baby. It really showed how much they care—not just about the animals, but the people who love them. It was comforting to be surrounded by staff who clearly love what they do. You and your fur babies are truly taken care of here. Highly recommend. 🐾💛

It was expensive, but 5 years ago they saved my kittens life from an upper respiratory infection that my usual vet brushed off until it was almost too late. I think she would have died within the week if I didn’t get her better care. My beautiful girl is 5 now and thriving and I could not be more grateful to the staff here who took care of her for me.

My mom took my cat in for an anal gland rupture, and she had the best vet experience of her LIFE !! Incredibly kind and helpful staff, didn’t try to upsell, took great care of the cat, actually went out of their way to accommodate her and my brother w special needs, helped her carry our overweight cat😹 — just an incredibly great team. Found our new place. Thank y’all for being so generous with your hospitality and consideration.

Wow, I’ve never had a better experience with a pet care ofc. Every staff member here is wonderful. I love the way Dr. Grilley and her staff literally got on Darby’s level and spent time letting Darby get to know them before taking her in the back for a nail trim. Dr’s honesty is greatly appreciated. She looks out for our pets Wellness, not finding procedures in order to make more money. Thank Thrive on Broadway.
