Came here to second to get a second opinion on my sick cat. Didn’t know it was a by appointment only facility, but they took us in anyway when they heard my concerns and gave us a thorough work up. In the end, the diagnosis was the same as the previous vet, and same treatment would have been given - however, the communication about what was wrong and what each treatment component was for was very clear and gave me much more confidence that his prognosis was good. They even sent a full write up over everything discussed during the visit which was much appreciated. Amazing experience and I am grateful for the team there for helping us out.
