I was a little bit late for my appt. Got my times mixed up. The actual doctor she got me checked in. They took care of our British shorthair. The vet tech was very informative and very helpful. You can always tell when someone truly enjoys what they are doing. Very upfront with prices and explained everything to us. professional and reasonable prices. This vet will definitely be our go to going forward . Thank you again for amazing service.

Update: Third visit was just as great. Michael was so nice and explained everything to me. He was sweet and gentle with my pup. So glad I found this place! This was my second visit with my new puppy and I’ve been completely happy both times. Most recently, Megg was working and we could not have had a friendlier greeting. She was welcoming and helpful and I felt completely comfortable entrusting my dog to her care. I’m thankful Thrive offers the yearly membership (super great deal!) and will recommend them to my friends.

False Cancer Diagnosis – Nearly $900 Took my dog here for a toe x-ray. They did a full-body instead, which I approved. The veterinarian told me my dog had a large mass on his spleen and was confident it was cancerous—to the point where they told me we could expect only about 9 months with our dog and referred us to a specialist (also Thrive). We went to the specialist and spent just under $900 for an ultrasound, where they told us our dog does NOT have cancer. The specialist said, “Large dogs have large spleens that tend to fold during x-rays. There is no mass and no sign of cancer.” How does a licensed veterinarian not know this? How could a licensed veterinarian be so confident with a cancer diagnosis and be so completely wrong? I don’t know if this was a money grab or ignorance. Either way, I would never recommend this veterinarian. *The techs and other staff are lovely and not to blame.*

I absolutely love Thrive! The doctors are amazing they truly care about my pet’s health. Any time I call with an emergency in the morning, they get my dog in right away, no hassle. The front desk staff is also wonderful: friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The environment is so nice and calming, and honestly, I wish I could get this kind of treatment from my own doctors! Thrive has been such a blessing for me and my pet. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate, professional veterinary care.

I've been going to thrive locations for my dog Milli for 5 years now and they always make me feel comfortable and secure in decisions regarding her.
