My husband and I took Max (our beloved 14 year old rottie) to the vet as a walk in because he was crying when moving his neck. They were able to see us the same day, get bloodwork, and X rays to rule out the scary diagnoses. They reassured us when necessary and were prompt with results. They healed up Max with meds and he’s back to being his sweet playful self. The team at Petfolk is compassionate and treated max like they’ve been seeing him for years. I will absolutely be returning for routine check ups and anything else my pups need.

We brought our dog, Athena, in for a follow-up checkup and had a great experience. The vet tech was wonderful—kind, patient, and thorough. The vet was equally wonderful and made sure everything was explained clearly. We always feel confident bringing Athena here. 🐾

Yesterday we had to make the very difficult decision to say goodbye to our cat of 18 years, Newt. She was truly a member of our family, and this loss was incredibly hard for us. The staff at Petfolk were compassionate, gentle, and treated her life with such honor and respect. They took the time to comfort us, explain each step, and ensure our cat was peaceful and surrounded by love. We are so grateful for their kindness and care during such an emotional time. It meant the world to us to have a team that showed so much empathy and professionalism. Thank you for helping us through one of the hardest days with such compassion. When we’re ready to welcome a new family member, this will be our place for care.

I finally found my vet! I love it here. Everyone is so thoughtful and kind. Its easy to book appointments. I've been given clear instructions on treatment and medicine everytime I go. My dog has a lot of anxiety but every clinician weve encountered does a good job to keep him calm and comfortable. Thank you so much for such intentional care!

Dr. Stinson and the two other employees were wonderful! They made the whole process painless, and made sure I knew which potential procedures were were most likely not necessary. I felt properly informed and not like I was being upsold, and they were great with my brother's dog- thanks for everything! The costs was also transparent and very reasonable for a same-day urgent care visit with an exam, multiple medications and a cone.
