It’s wonderful to find a practice that offers such outstanding customer service and patient care. The receptionist was kind and patient, our technician was friendly and thorough in gathering information, and the veterinarian was an absolute delight. She made my pet feel comfortable and showed remarkable compassion throughout the visit.

North Star 410 Pet Hospital has been wonderful for our cats! Their hours are very convenient, especially being open on weekends, which makes it so much easier to get care when we need it. The staff is absolutely the best, friendly, welcoming, and so gentle with our pets. You can really tell they care about animals and make sure our cats feel safe and comfortable. We’re so glad to have found such a reliable and compassionate veterinary team!

These people are truly incredible at what they do and the level of care here is outstanding. I brought my 6 year old male cat in with an ear hematoma a few months ago. I was very worried but the care and compassion that was shown to me and my cat made me feel a lot better about the situation. His ear hematoma was successfully drained by Dr. Meyer and the staff here handled my cat wonderfully. My cat was understandably agitated and angry and the staff was able to calm him and work with him safely. I was sent home with all the information and pain medication needed and he has since recovered very well. All questions I needed answers to were answered and the vet and technicians took the time to talk with me and made sure I understood the process. Thank you again for your wonderful help and for all you do here! 💕🐈

Going in for an emergency-- I called before going in, they set me up for an appointment, (although no appointment necessary) made process much faster and smoother. A bit pricey but my pet needed some fast pain relief, she broke her nail where nail was hanging off completely. Not only do I recommend this place but the staff was very friendly and.welcoming. Will be utilizing some of their other services for sure.
