How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Lincoln Heights Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Dr. Everhart is absolutely wonderful and has seen Charlie since he was a puppy. Recently, Charlie fractured his front tooth and I was concerned about a possible infection. Charlie's front tooth was extracted to prevent future issues. Scheduling the procedure was quick and convenient. Pricing was very reasonable (I anticipated costs being more than what they were). The staff are always pleasant, which is a definite plus. They were so kind as to customize Charlie's medicine bag! Charlie and I are very thankful for their hard work, dedication, and professional care, and we highly recommend Lincoln Heights Animal Hospital!

Dr.Michael is awesome, my dog, he got in, got a few things done and he was handled in such great care from the nurses and the doctor. He is feeling so much better ever since the visit and more happy now. He is even more active so I’ll always recommend this place to everyone I know. God bless Dr.Michael, he is an amazing doctor.

Vets, like so many other places, have gone corporate, but not Dr. Radicky’s practice. He resists the tide because he knows the results (and prices) are better for our pets and for our peace of mind. I’m so grateful for the quality of care everyone delivers from the front desk to the assistants. My fur baby is happy, too.

This is my vet! I always bring my 3 dachshunds here and they receive excellent care. One of my babies recently had an intestinal partial blockage from eating mulch and the Doctor was so attentive and caring. He even came in thr next day and it was his day off to check on her. I couldn't be more grateful for his excellent care. My only negative is that the parking lot is small but I've always been able to park because of how they stagger patients. They are also closed in Sat and Sun so be prepared for that.

I have been going loyally for over 30 years to Lincoln’s Heights and have loved them. A week ago I called to schedule having a kitten neutered. I was told the person that does the scheduling does so from home and would be calling me back to schedule. I waited. No voicemail was left from anyone with Lincoln Heights vet. Today I called to schedule and was told to check my messages and that as far as they were concerned she called me and left a message. So basically, calling me a liar. I will never take my business there again and told her so. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them. Referred tons of friends and family. No more.
