I love this vet! They make it easy for your pet to be seen especially if you have a busy schedule with their drop off option. When I last took my dog she had just had a birthday and when they took her in the back I could hear them tell her happy belated birthday which I really thought was cute. You can tell they love their job and love animals and I appreciate the care they show my dog every time I take her.

Our Stray, that we took in a couple of years ago, had an infection on her side. The staff was so kind and caring. Dr Romeo gave her an antibiotic injection. Lola is home with us and back to sitting in the window seat with her pal Ducky. Thanks to all the staff.

I had a 17 year old-Papillon who had a rapid decline on late Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning. I called the vet first thing in the morning saying I was concerned he was in pain and requested a call back by the vet to discuss if putting his down was the best decision for his comfort. By 3 in the afternoon, I had not received a call back. I called again at 3 PM and was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer during that time. I spend the morning holding him and pampering him knowing that indeed his quality of life was no longer there. I physically came to the office to have him put down and was turned away. I was sent to Town and Country Vet instead. I have been a client of that vet for several years and did not feel that my pet was a priority. I have brought him there for many appointments and concerns over the years, and I was shocked that the time could not be taken to maintain continuity of care. Several months prior, we had a scare that he wasn't doing well and we were told no appointment was necessary for him to be put down.

They turned my dog away at 4PM after coming home from work. His cheek was swelling, and for all I knew, he was bitten by a snake and time was of the essence. I'd recommend you don't let the same happen to you.
